Production Description

● High pressure rating: Compared with other solid wall pipes, the pressure bearing is higher (1 0-3 5tMPa)
● Corrosion resistance: It has strong corrosion resistance to acid, alkali, salt and other chemical media
● Good temperature resistance: When the temperature rise of the conveying medium is the same, the reduction in strength is more than twice as low as that of the polyethylene pipe.
● Small flow resistance: The inner surface roughness of the steel mesh composite pipe is only one-twentieth of that of the steel pipe, and there is no scaling, no waxing, and no reduction in conveying capacity due to corrosion, scaling, etc. The steel mesh composite pipe has high fluid conveying capacity and remarkable energy saving effect.

● Non-toxic: good hygiene, solve the problem of secondary pollution of drinking water, in line with GB/T17219-1998 safety evaluation regulations.
● Reliable connection: The pipeline adopts electrothermal fusion connection method, which is convenient for construction, simple and reliable welding process, and can achieve no leakage in the whole pipeline system.
● Good self-indication: After being buried underground, it can be used to find and locate with ordinary magnetic control testing equipment, so as to avoid the damage of other engineering excavation.
● Coexistence of rigidity and flexibility: The tube has good rigidity and impact resistance, and is not afraid of collision during installation and use; it also has good flexibility, and can be properly bent and arranged with the undulating terrain to save pipe fittings.

Application Area

● Oil and gas fields: oily sewage, gas field mixtures, gathering and transportation pipelines for re-injection of polymer solutions from oil wells, and pipes for secondary and tertiary oil recovery and transportation processes.
● Coal mines: water supply, drainage, ventilation, gas drainage and shotcrete. Non-ferrous metals: used for smuggling of corrosive media in non-ferrous metal smelting.
