Production Description

● The sealing effect is good, the all-rubber valve plate is adopted, the valve body has no grooves, it is not easy to deposit mud and sand, and the leakage is zero.

● Flexible operation and no leakage, the valve stem is sealed with thrust bearing and “O” ring, which reduces the friction during switching and solves the problem of water leakage in the stuffing box.

● The resistance loss is small, and the valve body is a straight-through type, which reduces the degree of flocculation of the fluid.

● The key parts are made of special materials, which basically require no maintenance and have a long service life.

● The valve adopts novel structural design, strict manufacturing technology and new high-performance materials, which overcomes the defects of traditional gate valve poor sealing, easy corrosion of internal parts, especially the gate, fatigue and aging of rubber elasticity, and reliable sealing performance. ● Valve plate lagging. The valve plate is encased by EPDM rubber, and the glue content is about 50%. The rubber and the ductile iron plate are firmly connected and not easy to fall off, thereby increasing the stability of the valve sealing performance.
