Production Description

● The raw material molecules of PP-R are only carbon and hydrogen, which is hygienic and reliable. It is not only used in hot and cold water pipes, but also in pure drinking water systems.
● Insulation and energy saving. The thermal conductivity of PP-R pipe is 0.21w/mk, which is only 1/200 of that of steel pipe.
● Better heat resistance. The Vicat softening point of the PP-R pipe is 131.5°C. The maximum working temperature can reach 95℃, which can meet the requirements of the hot water system in the building water supply and drainage code.
● PP-R pipe under the condition of working temperature 70℃, working pressure (P.N) 1.0MPa
● Easy installation and reliable connection. PP-R has good welding performance. Pipes and pipe fittings can be connected by hot melt and electrofusion, which is easy to install and reliable. The strength of the connecting part is greater than the strength of the pipe itself.
● Materials can be recycled. The PP-R waste is cleaned and crushed and then recycled for the production of pipes and fittings.
● Heat resistant and high pressure resistant. High heat resistance, low thermal conductivity, can withstand high pressure of hot water, the maximum working temperature can reach 95 ℃
● Strong corrosion resistance. Good corrosion resistance, no chemical effect on most ions in water and chemical substances in buildings, no scaling, no rust, and can avoid the macular rust of pipeline structure blockage.
● The two-color tube is environmentally friendly and energy-saving, and the thermal conductivity is only 1/200 of the galvanized tube and 1/1000 of the copper tube, which has a good energy-saving effect.
● The insert has good toughness and is not easy to crack. The insert part of the wire pipe fitting is made of high-quality brass, and the surface is electroplated, which has good toughness and is not easy to be twisted.
