1、 Fault: no heating, no light on/no display of display panel temperature
Fault reason: 1. The power supply is not connected
Solution: Turn on the power supply, and check whether the cable is wrongly connected or loosened if it is connected to the leakage protector or the plug. Whether the leakage protection is normal
Fault cause: 2. Thermal protection fuse
Treatment method: If there is reset thermal protection, it can be reset. If it cannot be reset, return to the factory for repair.
Fault cause: 3. Line fault
Solution: Check whether there is a problem with the home line
Fault cause: water pressure is lower than 0.04Mpa
Treatment method: normal water pressure>0.04Mpa
2、 Fault: The water temperature is too high
Fault cause: 1. The water flow is too small
Treatment method: adjust water flow
Fault cause: 2. The water outlet is blocked
Treatment method: clean the sundries at the water outlet
3、 Fault: low water temperature
Fault cause: 1. Excessive water flow
Treatment method: adjust water flow
Fault cause: 2. The voltage is too low
Treatment method: normal voltage 220V
Precautions for electric faucet:
1. Do not install the electric faucet indoors or outdoors where ice may form.
2. Water shall be supplied before electricity is supplied.
3. If it is not used for a long time, please unplug the plug and close the water inlet valve.
4. Do not plug or unplug the power cord with wet hands.
