Production Description

  • The water jet vacuum pump is a one-time injection molding of reinforced polypropylene plastic, which has the advantages of high mechanical strength, strong corrosion resistance, smooth surface, simple structure and small volume. Ideal for SZ-type water ring pumps and W-type reciprocating vacuum pumps.
  • The structure is simple, and the gas-liquid separation device can be omitted (this is not like a mechanical pump, which cannot suck the liquid)
  • Because it often uses water as the working medium, it is often used in chemical industry. On the one hand, it generates negative pressure, and on the other hand, it also has the function of tail gas absorption.
  • Because of its simple structure, it can often be made of anti-corrosion materials such as ceramics and plastics, so the anti-corrosion performance is better.
  • Installation and maintenance are simple.
  • No moving parts, reliable operation, low noise and long service life. Only when the nozzle is used for a long time due to the diameter of the nozzle, the performance is reduced due to excessive wear, and the spare parts need to be replaced.
  • The jet pump is mainly composed of a nozzle, a suction chamber and a diffusion chamber. The working fluid enters the nozzle through the tube under pressure, and is ejected from the nozzle outlet at a high speed.
  • Due to the extremely high velocity of the ejected working fluid, the wine break (or gas break) near the nozzle is taken off.
  • If the working fluid is continuously sprayed, the liquid (or gas) can be continuously delivered. Jet pumps can be used to generate direct air or pressure: industrially, steam or gas jets are used to pump corrosive gases; high-pressure water jets are used to pump sewage or suspensions.
  • It is still used in the chemical industry because it has no moving parts, simple structure, reliable operation and self-absorbing energy. Especially in the application of dynamic fluid, there are many applications.

Application Area

The pump can pump corrosive gases within 150°C, and can be used in series with a steam jet pump, with a higher degree of vacuum. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, food, brewing, metallurgy, environmental protection and other industries. Filtration, vacuum concentration, vacuum drying, vacuum transmission, vacuum deaeration, vacuum oxygenation and other processes.
