Production Description
● High protection level. Using advanced copper sealing technology, the overall protection level reaches IP68, ensuring no moisture and surface fogging.
● The readings are accurate. Using infrared photoelectric transmission sampling, it is not affected by ambient light, there is no mechanical contact and mechanical action, and it is not affected by vibration caused by pipes or other factors to cause reading errors. The real-time reading value is completely consistent with the mechanical indication value.
● Long life. It adopts low power consumption design, and is only powered by the acquisition device for a short time during reading, the working time of the electronic unit is short, and the service life of the electronic unit is much longer than the strong inspection period of the water meter stipulated by the state.
● Safe to use. The strong electric power supply is physically separated from the water meter, and the insulation strength is high to ensure safe use;
● Real-time copy function. The metering data and status data in the meter can be read out in real time according to the remote command. Real-time collection of current water representation value provides measurement guarantee for accurate accounting of the difference between production and sales.
● Measurement accuracy. The sensor is non-magnetic and non-contact, there is no inaccurate reading caused by external magnetic interference, and the electronic reading device does not affect the measurement accuracy of the original primary instrument.
● Remote function. Use M-BUS or RS485 interface to realize remote data transmission, centralized monitoring of water meter without power supply, short-term power supply by the acquisition device during reading, short electronic working time, and the effective working life of the whole machine is much longer than the strong inspection time.
● Easy to maintain. The electromechanical conversion module adopts a plug-in design and can be installed independently from the water meter. The module has strong versatility and comprehensive interchangeability, and can be transplanted between two water meters.
● Strong compatibility. It supports a variety of standard communication interface output, and can be easily and quickly connected to various management and scheduling systems.

●Large-diameter photoelectric direct reading remote water meter application: record the cumulative flow and instantaneous flow of drinking cold (hot) water flowing through the tap water pipeline.
●This series of water meters is equipped with a direct-reading remote transmission module, and adopts photoelectric direct-reading meter reading technology to directly read the current dial number, and the meter reading accuracy rate is 100%.
