Production Description

● For DN≤1200, the sealing surface of the valve body adopts a unique rolling technology to press the stainless steel seat ring into the valve body; for DN≥1400, the sealing surface of the valve body is sprayed with supersonic speed, and its bonding strength can reach 50MPa.
● The rubber sealing ring and the butterfly plate are adjusted and tightened by the pressure ring, so that the sealing compression can be controlled in the best state.
● Long service life. Double eccentric soft sealing butterfly valve is a new type of butterfly valve. When the disc is fully opened, the rubber sealing ring is completely separated from the metal valve seat.
● The sealing is more reliable. The sealing ring adopts rubber, and the valve seat adopts conical sealing surface.
● The valve is strong. The valve body and disc material are made of ductile iron.
● Excellent anti-corrosion properties. The inner and outer surfaces of valve body, disc, pressure ring and bracket are sprayed with epoxy resin. When the special needs of the chemical industry are required, the inner cavity can be enamelled.
● The valve adopts triple eccentric sealing structure, the valve seat and disc are almost free of wear, and has the sealing function of tighter and tighter.
● The sealing ring is made of stainless steel, which has the dual advantages of metal hard sealing and elastic sealing. It has excellent sealing performance, corrosion resistance and long service life no matter in the case of low temperature and high temperature.
● The sealing surface of the disc plate is made of surfacing cobalt-based hard alloy, the sealing surface is wear-resistant and has a long service life.
● The large-sized butterfly plate adopts a quilted frame structure, with high strength, large flow area and small flow resistance.
● The valve has a two-way sealing function. It is not restricted by the flow direction of the medium during installation, nor is it affected by the spatial position, and can be installed in any direction.
● The drive device can be installed in multiple positions (rotating 90° or 180°), which is convenient for users to use.
